Mr. Fang established Zhengzhou City ZD Valve. in 2001 and was its President. In early 2004, he acquired and became the President of the stated-owned enterprise, Henan Kaifeng High Pressure Valves Company Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in the valve industry.

Mr. Wang joined China Valves as General Manager in 2009 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2010, Board Secretary in 2011.He has 17 years of working experience in heavy industry.

Dr. Wei has rich experiences for oversea financial management in listed companies such as Brambles Limited and Kazakhmys Plc. Dr. Wei earned his PhD degree of Finance from Cardiff Business School of Cardiff University of UK. He is a member of CPA of China Mainland and Hong Kong, fellow member of ACCA, and also charter holder of CFA.

From September 1995 through January 2005, Mr. Fang was head of operations and the human resources department of Zhengzhou City Zhengdie Valve Co., Ltd. From January 2005 to the present, Mr. Fang has been the General Manager of Zhengdie Valve Co., Ltd. He became the Company's Chief Operating Officer in January, 2008.

Mr. Xiang has over 25 years of experience in the valve industry. He has worked for the Company’s subsidiary Zhengzhou Zhengdie Valve Co. Ltd. since 1998 as a Valve Engineer, Vice President of Marketing, and Director of Research and Development. He previously was a Valve Engineer for Hong Cheng Co. Ltd.

From January 2005 to the present, Mr. Fang has been the General Manager of Zhengdie Valve Co., Ltd. He became the Company's Chief Operating Officer in January, 2008.

Appointed to the Board in January 2008, he is a Professor at Tsinghua University and has a Doctorate in Modern Management Accounting. His research has focused on organizational behavior and accounting, about which he has published numerous articles and books.

Appointed to serve as Chairman of the Company's audit committee in November 2008, he is a senior advisor and was chief financial officer between November 2006 and February 2008 for Yucheng Technologies, Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed IT service provider to the banking industry in China. He was a co-founder and since August 2008 a Director of OTCBB listed CS China Acquisition Corp. Since June 2008, he has been an Independent Director and audit committee Chairman for OTCBB listed Yuhe International Inc. Between October 2004 and November 2006, Mr. Li was the CFO of Beijing Sihitech Technology Co., which merged to form Yucheng Technologies, Ltd. Mr. Li graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a BA degree and received a Master of Education from the University of Toronto. He is a Certified General Accountant in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Haus has more than 20 years investment industry experience and has extensive experience in assisting China-based companies list on U.S. exchanges and their corporate development. Mr. Haus is currently CEO and director of CS China Acquisition Corporation, a NASDAQ OTCBB listed Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (SPAC). He graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Fredonia with a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Economics. Mr. Haus received his MBA from Boston University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Institute.
