| China Valves Technology, Inc. through its subsidiaries, Zhengzhou City ZD Valve Co, Ltd., Henan Kaifeng High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd., Tai Zhou Taide Valve Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Rock Valve Lock Technology Co., Ltd., China Valve Technology (Changsha) Valve Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Pudong Hanwei Valve Co., Ltd., is engaged in the development, manufacturing and sale of high-quality metal valves for the electricity, petroleum, chemical, water, gas and metallurgy industries.
Manufacturing consists of purchase and inventory of raw
materials, sub-assembly and inventory of semi-finished products,
final assembly, inspection, and the delivery of finished products.
The Company has 1,130 work stations at which valves parts are
fabricated and assembled, including 580 final assembly work
stations. A number of popular finished products are kept in
inventory to meet urgent demand.
The Company generally has a four month book of orders. Flexible
production configuration and scheduling allow it to react quickly to
custom orders.
Most large scale projects are finished in two months, but may
take as long as six months.
